Heather Imbriale

As the daughter of a former Marine, Heather is no stranger to the military lifestyle. She grew up moving around the country until she attended the United States Coast Guard Academy, graduating with the Class of 2012. She served in a variety of roles while on active duty: underway on a Medium Endurance Cutter, as a Response officer, and in special assignments.  Her favorite assignment was as a Company Officer at the Coast Guard Academy where she had the opportunity to coach and mentor cadets as they navigated their transition into a military lifestyle all the way through making career decisions before graduation.

As a recruiter, Heather will use her coaching and mentoring skills to build trusted relationships with candidates over time in order to assist them in finding a great civilian career as they transition out of the service.

Heather lives in Connecticut with her husband and four young children. She is a passionate Down syndrome advocate, a coffee lover, and a hobby potter.
