Garrett brings a wealth of military talent recruitment and account executive experience to Cohen Partners. After graduating from the U.S. Naval Academy in 2009, Garrett spent five years as a Navy Submarine Officer and served aboard the USS FLORIDA. He knows first-hand the sacrifices, discipline, work ethic and passion that it takes to be an outstanding leader in the US Military. Quite frankly, the skills he honed as a servicemember are EXACTLY why he’s been so successful in the recruiting space. 

Garrett’s post-military corporate experience ranges from “small-firm” leadership positions in Human Resources, Accounting, and Sales to “larger-firm” military recruiting. He now spends most of his time as a consultant and advisor to mid-tier and Fortune 500 corporations as it pertains to long-term military recruitment strategy.

However, Garrett’s most important job title is “Dad” to three young children. He’s a huge Dallas Cowboys fan and also enjoys playing golf.
